Restoration Reiki fusion is a 60-minute session that is great for monthly maintenance/balance within the body. These intuitive sessions offer a blend of different modalities from Reiki, sound therapy, acupressure, facial Gua Sha & aromatherapy into one creating a customized session to fit your needs. Taking this break from your day creates space for creativity, restores motivation, clears brain fog, and recover any missing energy.
Reiki is a sacred holistic healing modality that it promotes self-healing. Reiki gently releases any energetic congestion balancing the energy within as well as rebuild the connection with the mind, body & spirit. Practitioners use their hands to distribute and balance the energy within the body with a gentle touch or place above the treating area.
Before the sessions start, you will fill out all the intake forms while their feet soak in an Epsom salt bath. At the beginning, we will start with a guide mediation to help get grounded into the space. Then I will tune into your body to find areas that are congested, overstimulated, or low energy. Combining all modalities base on intuition & your needs at the time of the appointment. Finishing the session with a hot towel & facial Gua Sha. At the end, I will have a snack & drink of your choice prepared to help replenish your body after receiving. We will discuss all findings and answer any questions.
*Recommend not to have any plans after your session to leave space for yourself. Rest, stay hydrated & lots of self-care especially the first few days after your session.

Directions to the space: Park anywhere there is an open spot: in front or in the parking lot in the front on the side of the building. There are two ways to get to the space. Once parked, enter through the first set of silver doors to your left there is a red door that has Be Free Be Yourself business logo on it. Enter through the red door down the steps and it's the first door on the left. Second option is to enter through both silver doors and take the elevator down to the basement. Recommended number of sessions per month: It varies on each individual's needs though once a month is the average most do (referred to as monthly maintenance). When coming monthly, normal life's events & stresses gets released and the body becomes restored. If there are buildups of past traumas, life changing events occur, an increase of stress & anxiety or any other things that greatly impacts you, coming in for a session a few times a month is highly recommended until you feel more restored then return to monthly maintenance sessions.
