Reiki is a sacred holistic healing modality that promotes self-healing. Reiki releases any energetic congestion balances the energy within as well as rebuild the connection with the mind, body & spirit. Distant Reiki is sending restorative balance energy to the client regardless of distance.
Similar to an in-person Reiki session, a virtual session will begin with tuning into your chakras to find areas of the body that are congested, overstimulated, or low energy. I use a combination of sounds bowls, crystals & palo santo depending on your needs. Most clients prefer their session to be done live on Zoom. Others prefer me to do their session before meeting on Zoom to discuss findings & answer any questions. After you book, I will send a follow up email confirming which option you would like for your session. Some clients love to do a combination of both in-person and distant Reiki. They find tremendous benefits in both.
*Recommend not to have any plans after your session to leave space for yourself. Rest, stay hydrated & lots of self-care especially the first few days after your session.

Recommended number of sessions per month: It varies on each individual's needs though once a month is the average most do (referred to as monthly maintenance). When coming monthly, normal life's events & stresses gets released and the body becomes restored. If there are buildups of past traumas, life changing events occur, an increase of stress & anxiety or any other things that greatly impacts you, coming in for a session a few times a month is highly recommended until you feel more restored then return to monthly maintenance sessions.
