Private virtual wellness are 60-minute sessions that are perfect for individuals of all levels of their practice in their wellness journey looking to discover the imbalances within & how to fix them, deepen their connection with self & improve their wellness routine. Each session is customizable to you! Depending on your needs & goals, we will work together to create a unique wellness plan to reach your full potential despite any obstacles in place. Before the first session, I will email some first-time forms to fill out, so I get a full picture of where you are at in your wellness journey. Together we will create plan to work towards your goals on your path to becoming your best self. We will move through a movement with breathwork practice and to finish with recommendations to start implementing into your everyday life. I am here for you every step of the way! Recommended number of sessions per month: It varies on each individual's needs though once a month is the average most do (referred to as monthly maintenance). When coming monthly, normal life's events & stresses gets released and the body becomes restored. If there are buildups of past traumas, life changing events occur, an increase of stress & anxiety or any other things that greatly impacts you, coming in for a session a few times a month is highly recommended until you feel more restored then return to monthly maintenance sessions.
